Our match against AmaZulu resulted in a much needed victory. It was crucial for us to win the match on the back of some poor results.

The players, technical staff and management did some soul searching during the week leading to the match. Our result against Polokwane City was painful to say the least.

The players response against Amazulu was full of character and determination. These attributes are the hallmark of the team and I trust will continue to be the foundation for our continued recovery from a poor start to the season. This season has been challenging in many respects. We have seldom been in a position to select our best available squad due to circumstances such as injuries, suspensions and delay to work permits to name a few.

We need to build on the victory from the past weekend. Any back to back victories in this league is massive. Therefore, our match against Free State Stars becomes a crucial and must win for us. Preperations have gone well and we have a full squad from which to select.

I would like to thank you for your continued support through difficult times. For us to become a team that will be in this league for many years to come we need to overcome and show the strength of character during testing times.

I wish our USSA team success at the USSA champoinships being held at TUT.
