AmaTuks Search for Opening League Win

AmaTuks will look to get their 2015/2016 campaign back on track when they host Polokwane City at the Tuks Stadium on Saturday 22 August 2015.

AmaTuks had a disappointing outing in the opening week where they lost 1-0 to the newly promoted Golden Arrows. While City had a dream start to their campaign, emerging 3-2 winners against Bloemfontein Celtic at home.

In the previous season City managed to collect all three points in Hatfield. Matches between the two have always been a close affair but AmaTuks exerted revenge on City by beating City 5-1 at the Peter Mokaba Stadium; Mnyamane, Nyondo and Massa being the main destroyers on the day.

AmaTuks have been plagued with injuries building up to the start of the season, with front men Mnyamane and Nyondo not available for the first match and Mosadi picking up an injury that could see him out for a few months. Mnyamane and Nyondo have since made full recoveries and will be available for selection for the clash against City.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 15h00.
